Practice Manager

With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare field, Lindsey brings a deep understanding of clinical operations, patient care coordination, and administrative leadership into her role as Practice Manager at Western Surgical Care. She is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and providers by overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and supporting the surgical team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Her extensive background spans medical administration, patient advocacy, and staff management, making her an integral part of the practice’s commitment to excellence in breast health services. Passionate about patient-centered care, Lindsey works closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and enhance the overall patient journey.

Kaylin
Medical Assistant

As the Medical Assistant for Dr. Pride and Dr. Moore, I’m here to greet patients with a warm welcome to Western Surgical Care and ensure a smooth, supportive visit. I assist with rooming, minor procedures, addressing questions or concerns, and helping communicate your needs to the doctors to make your time with us as valuable as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy expressing myself through music and visual art—whether it’s playing guitar, cello, and bass, or creating drawings of all sizes. Weekends are often spent recharging with friends and my cat. These hobbies keep me energized and ready to give each patient the care and attention they deserve. I’m committed to providing a calm, compassionate experience and supporting our team in delivering excellent care.

Receptionist

Hi, I’m Delilah! I work at the front desk at Western Surgical Care, where I help patients schedule and reschedule appointments, manage billing questions, and assist with anything else they may need. I understand that coming in for a doctor’s visit—especially after a breast cancer diagnosis—can be overwhelming, and I strive to be a friendly, calming presence to support you during this time.

I’m honored to be part of the incredible team at Western Surgical Care and Sky Ridge Medical Center, where we’re all dedicated to providing the best care possible. Outside of work, I love crocheting, spending time in nature, listening to music, and hanging out with my family. I especially enjoy dance parties with my 4-year-old cousin—they’re the perfect way to unwind and bring joy after a busy day!
